Final Decision and Notification. The hearing panel of the Academic Integrity board will prepare a recommendation that is submitted to the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs, who will consult with the Dean of the student's home college. Usually within two to four weeks after the hearing date, the Associate Vice President will contact the student to notify her or him of the decision and to implement the sanctions, if any.

Finality of Academic Integrity Board Decisions. Once notified of the Board decision, there is no opportunity for additional appeal. The decision after a hearing of the Academic Integrity Board is Final.
